The new Constitution plays an invaluable role in strengthening the results of the large-scale, comprehensive, and rapid reforms that are consistently being carried out in various spheres of life in New Uzbekistan. The words of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, "The new edition of the Constitution has opened up new paths for us to build a legal and just state based on the principles of human rights, democracy, freedom, stability, equality, and development," contain great truths.
